About Us

Our founding story

Our founder, Edward Cederlund, started working with global talent in 2014 and never looked back. Impressed by the work ethic, skill and passion of people he met in India, he realised that companies in Europe and the US were missing out on a huge pool of exceptional hires and started thinking about how to connect talent with opportunities all over the world.

First exposure to the power of global talent

Edward moves to Delhi to work with CodersTrust, a company teaching young people in developing countries how to code and then helping them set up on their own as freelancers. The initiative is a success, and he returns home inspired by the talent and drive of the people he worked with.

After co-founding crowd technology startup Whalebone, Edward makes leveraging global talent a priority in his hires for the company. Leading to Bizzabo’s acquisition in 2021.
